ABOUT ME
As a keynote speaker, I move audiences to RISE above life’s challenges and step boldly into their potential. I share a message of resilience, courage, and unshakable self-belief—reminding people that every obstacle is a chance to grow, and every setback a step toward elevation. My mission is to ignite confidence, awaken purpose, and inspire others to live with strength and passion.
MY STORY
From the basketball court to the classroom, my career has been built on empowering others to reach their full potential—whether student-athletes, clients, or entire communities. With over a decade of experience in coaching, athletic administration, and higher education, I’ve combined sport psychology, wellness, and leadership to create holistic programs that build resilience and confidence. Today, I continue that mission as a keynote speaker and leader, inspiring people to rise above obstacles and embrace their purpose with strength and belief.

MY HISTORY
My history with success has been shaped by a lifelong commitment to growth, leadership, and resilience. As a student-athlete turned coach, I led teams to record-breaking GPAs, earned NCCAA East Region Coach of the Year, and developed numerous Academic All-Conference and NAIA Scholar-Athlete performers.
In athletic administration, I raised over $35,000 for programs, strengthened student-athlete support, and guided the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) to give athletes a voice on campus. These initiatives combined academic, athletic, and community success, creating environments where individuals thrive.
Alongside this, I pursued advanced degrees in sport psychology, counseling, wellness, and leadership—equipping me to approach success with a holistic mindset that values mental, physical, and emotional strength. Each role, from personal trainer to Athletic Director, has allowed me to create environments where individuals and organizations can thrive. My journey proves that success is not just about achievement but about transformation, balance, and the courage to rise higher.
